Ted Anderson was eight years old when he decided to be a baker just like his dad. In 1959, at the age of ten, he began training with his dad-and he’s been baking ever since.
Ted has worked in retail and wholesale bakeries, and has been the Pastry Chef of several four and five Star/Diamond hotels, including the American Hawaiian Cruise Line. He even did part-time baking at the Officer’s Club in Vietnam while working in munitions in the USAF during the war.
Baking is Ted’s passion. He delights in the smiles of those he bakes for. He focuses his life on the Anderson Motto: Stand Sure.
